2. Processing of access data
You can visit our website without providing any personal data. Only the following access data is stored in so-called server log files:
- IP address
- Date and time of the request
- Time zone difference from Greenwich Mean Time (GMT)
- Content of the request (specific page)
- Access status/HTTP status code
- Volume of data transferred
- Website from which the request originated
- Browser
- Operating system and its interface
- Browser software version
This data is evaluated solely for the purpose of optimising the display of the content on our website and to ensure the smooth operation of the website. We have a legitimate interest in doing so pursuant to Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR, which is based on our desire to continuously improve our website and make it more user-friendly.
The IP address can be personal data, as in certain circumstances the additional information provided by the ISP can be used to establish the identity of the Internet access owner.
In addition to the purposes listed above, we also evaluate IP addresses in the event of attacks on our Internet infrastructure. We also have a legitimate interest to do so pursuant to Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR. This is due to the need to prevent attacks on our internet infrastructure, to establish the origin of the attack, to take criminal and civil action against the person responsible, to effectively prevent further attacks and to ensure the smooth operation of the webshop.
3. Data collection and use for contract processing and when creating a customer account
We collect personal data when you voluntarily provide us with this information as part of an order or when you create a customer account. Mandatory fields are marked as such because in these cases we need the information to process the contract or create the account, and you will not be able to complete the order and/or create the account without providing the information.
What data we collect is shown on the relevant input forms. The data you provide will be used for the purposes of processing the contract and handling your enquiries in accordance with Article 6(1), 1st sentence, point 1(b) of the GDPR.
Once the contract has been fully processed or the account has been deleted, your data will be restricted for further processing and will be deleted after the expiry of the retention periods under tax and commercial law, unless you have expressly consented to further use of your data or we reserve the right to further use of your data as permitted by law, as disclosed in this notice. You can delete your account at any time by sending a message to the contact details described above (info.hu@fraisa.com) or by using the dedicated function on your account.
4. E-mail contact:
You can contact us via the email address you provide in the webshop or via the contact form. In this case, the personal data you have transmitted by e-mail or recorded in the contact form will be processed.
The data will be processed solely for the purpose of corresponding with you and within the framework you have provided. The legal basis for processing is based on your consent in accordance with Article 6(1)(a) of the GDPR.
If the purpose of the contact is to conclude a contract, the legal basis is Article 6(1)(b) GDPR.
We will delete your data after the request has been fully processed, unless legal retention periods require otherwise. This will normally happen when the facts of each case have been finally clarified for both parties.
You will also have the possibility to withdraw your consent to the processing of your personal data at any time before that. In this case, all personal data processed when contacting you will be deleted. This may result in the communication with each other being interrupted.
5. Use of cookies
We use cookies in our webshop. These are small text files that we store on your computer and which allow us to analyse the use of the website. A cookie contains a string of characters that allows your browser to uniquely identify you when you visit our website again. The cookies used in our webshop contain the following data:
- Cookie Consent (cookieConsent)
- Authentication token for communication with the REST API (apiToken). No personal data is stored.

This is permitted under Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR, as we have a legitimate interest in addressing as many users as possible with our webshop or presenting particularly relevant content.
The legal basis for the processing of personal data for analysis purposes by means of cookies is Article 6 (1) (a) GDPR, provided that you have given your consent.
As a user, you can control the extent to which cookies are used by limiting or completely disabling the transmission of cookies in your internet browser settings. Cookies that have already been stored can be deleted at any time afterwards. Restricting or completely disabling the use of cookies may render parts of our website unusable.
6. Your rights
You have the rights listed and described below in relation to our processing of your personal data.
In principle, you can exercise all your rights free of charge. Only in the case of manifestly unfounded or - in the case of particularly frequent repetition - excessive requests or
