The IP address may be a personal data, because under certain conditions it is possible to find out the identity of the owner of the used internet access with the additional information of the respective internet provider.

In addition to the purposes listed above, we also evaluate the IP address in the event of attacks on our Internet infrastructure. We also have a legitimate interest in this within the meaning of Art. 6 (1) f) DSGVO. 3. data collection and use for contract processing and when opening a customer account.

We collect personal data if you provide it voluntarily in the context of your order, or when opening a customer account. Mandatory fields are marked as such, because in these cases we need the data to process the contract or to open the customer account and you can not complete the order and / or the account opening without their information.

Which data is collected can be seen from the respective input forms. We use the data provided by you in accordance with Art. 6 para. 1 p. 1 lit. b DSGVO for contract processing and processing your requests.

After complete processing of the contract or deletion of your customer account, your data will be restricted for further processing and deleted after expiry of the retention periods under tax and commercial law, unless you have expressly consented to further use of your data or we reserve the right to use data beyond this, which is permitted by law and about which we inform you in this statement. The deletion of your customer account is possible at any time and can be done either by sending a message to the contact option described above, via a function provided for this purpose in the customer account or the following e-mail address: datenschutz@fraisa.com

4. storage of data:

The webshop data is stored in a data processing center in Germany. A legally valid data processing contract with the operating company is available and can be provided if required.

5. e-mail contact:

You can contact us via the e-mail address provided in the webshop or via the contact form. In this case, the personal data transmitted by you with the e-mail or collected in the contact form will be processed.

In the case, the data processing is carried out exclusively for the purpose of correspondence with you and within the limits specified by you. The legal basis necessary for data processing is therefore based on your consent pursuant to Art. 6 (1) a) DSGVO.

If the contact is directed towards the conclusion of a contract, the legal basis is Art. 6 para. 1 lit. b) DSGVO.

Your data will be deleted after the request has been completely dealt with, unless there are legal retention periods to the contrary. As a rule, this is the case when the individual facts have been conclusively clarified for both parties.

Even before this, you have the option of revoking your consent to the processing of your personal data at any time. In this case, all personal data processed in the course of contacting you will be deleted. This may have the consequence that the conversation with each other can not be continued.

In our webshop we use cookies. These are small text files that are stored on your computer and allow an analysis of your use of the website. The legal basis for the processing of personal data using cookies for analysis purposes, if you have given your consent in this regard, is Art. 6 (1) lit. a DSGVO.

As a user, you can control the scope of the use of cookies in the settings of your internet browser by restricting or completely deactivating the transmission of cookies. 7. your rights

In connection with the processing of personal data by us, you have the rights set out and described below.

In principle, you can assert all rights free of charge. Only in the case of manifestly unfounded or - especially in the case of frequent repetition - excessive requests, we may either

  • charge an appropriate fee, taking into account the administrative costs of informing you or communicating or implementing the requested measure, or
  • refuse to act on the request.

7.1 Revocation of consent given

You may revoke any consent you have given us for the processing of your personal data with effect for the future.

7.2 Confirmation and information

You may request confirmation as to whether we are processing personal data about you. If this is the case, you have a right to information about the individual information mentioned in Art. 15 DSGVO.

7.4 Restriction of processing

You may restrict the processing of your personal data under the conditions of Art. 18 DSGVO.

7.5 Objection

You may object to the processing of your personal data at any time for reasons arising from your particular situation, insofar as this is based on the legal basis of Art. 6 (1) e) or f) DSGVO. Your personal data will then no longer be processed by us unless we can demonstrate compelling legitimate grounds for the processing which override your interests, rights and freedoms, or unless the processing serves the assertion, exercise or defense of legal claims.

7.6 Surrender of data and data portability

You may receive the personal data concerning you that you have provided to us in a structured, common and machine-readable format. Insofar as this is technically feasible, you have the right to have us transfer this data to another responsible party upon your instruction.

The right to data transfer exists only insofar as the processing is based on consent pursuant to Art. 6 (1) a) DSGVO or on a contract pursuant to Art. 6 (1) b) DSGVO and the processing is carried out by means of automated procedures. This right is excluded if this would impair the rights and freedoms of other persons (in particular personal data of third parties, business or trade secrets existing on our part, copyrights).

8. obligation to provide data

There is no obligation for you to provide your personal data. However, if you do not provide us with the data specified in this data protection declaration as mandatory for certain services or functions, you will not be able to use the service or function in question.

9. right of complaint

If you are of the opinion that we are not properly fulfilling our obligations under data protection law, you can contact the Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner (FDPIC) at any time.
